I was born and raised in southwest Michigan, studied commercial art and illustration and after holding several jobs that I suppose gave me character, began a thirty something year career in graphic design and illustration, which included owning and operating a marketing communication business. With the added ingredients of being married to a very wonderful lady and raising 3 children, I somehow managed to fill some extra moments drawing and painting pictures of my own inspiration.
